Andrew is a senior investigator in the ECRT Office. As a senior Investigator, Andrew conducts investigations into allegations of discrimination and harassment involving faculty and staff, as well as provides consultation and educational programming to the university community. Andrew received his JD from the University of Illinois College of Law where he served as administrative editor on the Elder Law Journal. Prior to law school, Andrew received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Michigan. Andrew has previously served as a civil rights investigator at Michigan State University’s Office for Institutional Equity and supervisory investigator at the Department of Health and Human Services – Office for Civil Rights, where he supervised investigations of cases and compliance reviews of health care providers. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys running, going to the theatre, playing sports (especially golf, tennis, and volleyball), attending local sporting events and collecting bobbleheads.
