Kim is a civil rights investigation resolution specialist in the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX Office (ECRT) where she assists in responding to and resolving complaints of sexual misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation involving students, faculty, and staff at the University.
Kim has many years of experience in investigations and conflict resolution. She was previously employed as a mediator with the Washtenaw County Trial Court and an investigator with the Franklin County (OH) Domestic Court. Kim earned her BA from The Ohio State University and her MBA from Franklin University.
