We have recently incorporated the use of a new database, Accommodate, to log all contact with our office.

New to Accommodate?

First Request
Submit your first Accommodate request utilizing the form below where you’ll be guided through the process based on your reason for contacting us.

Community Members
After you have submitted your first request, please email additional requests to [email protected] and we will assist you.

Accommodate Login

U-M Employees
After you have submitted your first request, you’ll utilize the Accommodate login to:

  • Make any additional requests or submit additional questions
  • Review current or previous requests
  • View correspondences
  • Upload/view supporting documentation

The Disability Equity Office has transitioned to Accommodate, a software database management system, utilized to handle requests for:

  • Consultation for anything disability and accessibility related such as: general question for the ADA Coordinator, event accessibility questions, job description assistance, staff accommodation questions, accessibility building walk-throughs, and/or architectural reviews
  • Employees workplace accommodations
  • Digital accessibility reviews
  • Event accommodations, including ASL and CART
  • Paratransit (for employees, visitors, and guests)
  • Parking accommodations for accessible spaces
  • Stadium seatback accommodations for community members
