Confidential and off-campus resources are also included and available for immediate use.
Supportive Measures
Supportive measures are also available to you at any time whether or not you decide to fill out a report or request form with ECRT. Supportive measures are individualized supports to help those who may have experienced incidents of discrimination and discriminatory harassment, including sexual and gender-based misconduct, participate in campus life and continue with their studies or work.

ECRT can guide you through our services and what we can prove you in terms of the following categories:
Disability and Accessibility
Helps visitors, students, faculty, staff, and applicants navigate the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including but not limited to, employee accommodations, digital and physical accessibility, American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting and Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) services, events/sporting events, and guidance on service and support animals on campus.
Civil Rights Discrimination
Provides support when an individual encounters discriminatory or harassing conduct by an employee, as well as helps the university meet its Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action obligations.
Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct
Assists students, staff, faculty, patients, visitors, and other third parties when they have concerns about discrimination, including sexual and gender-based misconduct. Provides guidance and assistance to community members and University academic and non-academic units to effectively prevent, address, and remedy sex/gender discrimination and sexual misconduct.
Pregnancy and Parenting
Assists in creating an accessible and inclusive environment for pregnant and parenting students and employees.
Prevention Education, Assistance and Resources (PEAR)
PEAR provides faculty and staff sexual and gender-based misconduct prevention education. The team also offers consultations to departments and units as they holistically respond to sexual misconduct in their communities.
