Jordan is an accessibility specialist for the Disability Equity Office. In this role, Jordan facilitates the interactive process between departments and employees with disabilities to determine reasonable accommodations. Jordan is passionate about creating more inclusive environments for individuals with disabilities and ensuring equitable access in the employment setting.

Prior to joining ECRT, Jordan worked as a disability services coordinator within Student Disability Services at the University of Michigan. Before working in this role, Jordan worked as an accessibility specialist within the Office of Accessibility and Disability Resources at the University of Toledo.

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Capital University and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Toledo.
