Karyn Griffin serves as an equity specialist for the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX Office (ECRT). As an equity specialist, Karyn’s role is to serve as an early and consistent point of contact for the parties when a report is received and throughout a resolution process. Karyn can assist parties with supportive measures and other resources, provide updates about the process, and coordinate communications among the parties and their advisors, investigators, hearing officer, Title IX coordinator, and relevant administrators.
