Tiffany serves as the assistant director of business intelligence operations within the Intake & Support Office. In this role she focuses on case management data infrastructure, including system development, change management, and supporting end users. She is also responsible for ensuring compliance with reporting obligations for audits, state and federal laws. Tiffany provides strategic insights, data visualizations and dashboards for ECRT’s leadership and campus partners. She also provides oversight and guidance to the data management team. Tiffany and the data team ensure all incoming requests and reports are documented and assigned to appropriate ECRT staff for response.
Tiffany has held human resources-related roles since starting at the University of Michigan in 2006. Tiffany has a Bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Eastern Michigan University and is a certified mediator.
