Luca is an Administrative Specialist on the Intake & Support team. In this role, he supports case triage and audits while helping the team’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Before joining ECRT, Luca worked at Michigan Medicine, where he helped patients and families navigate concerns related to their care and hospital experiences. He holds a BA in Media & Communications.
Outside of work, Luca enjoys exploring Michigan’s hidden gems with his spouse—always on the lookout for Petoskey stones—and spending time with their rescue cat
