Elysa Bucci serves as an investigator within the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX Office (ECRT), where she responds to reports of discrimination, harassment, and sexual and gender-based misconduct involving students, faculty, staff, and third parties. In her role, she conducts trauma-informed interviews, gathers and analyzes evidence, and prepares comprehensive investigative reports in accordance with university policy and federal compliance requirements. Before joining ECRT, Elysa served as an investigator with the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX Office at Baylor University.
Elysa holds a master of organizational leadership and human resource management certificate from Anderson University and a BA from Geneva College.
