Jessica is a business intelligence analyst for the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX office. In this role she assists with maintaining the case database and leveraging its insights to monitor and analyze trends concerning complaints of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct as well as other data driven measures. Prior to joining ECRT at the University of Michigan, Jessica served as a vocational rehabilitation specialist at a traumatic brain injury clinic, where she helped to develop data systems to support client initiatives.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and is also trained as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS). In her free time, Jessica loves exploring crafts, reading, and going to plays or musicals.
