John Gagnon (he/him)

John is an investigator in the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX Office. John investigates complaints related to reports of civil rights violations and discrimination at the university. John has previously worked in a variety of investigative and policymaking roles for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of Justice. He also previously served as a faculty member at the University of Hawaii. John earned his PhD from Michigan State University, where he was a University Distinguished Fellow, JD and MS degrees from Tulane University, and a BA from Andrews University.
