Paige is a business intelligence analyst for the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX office (ECRT). In her role, she supports the intake and triage of reports, maintains and organizes the case management database, and contributes to the development of high-quality data that informs ECRT’s responsibilities. Prior to joining ECRT, Paige worked at a law firm, where she supported commercial real estate and finance clients by reviewing loan documentation, ensuring compliance with state requirements, and streamlining internal processes. She also has experience working as a youth development professional with the Boys & Girls Club, where she supported programming focussed on mentorship, academic enrichment, and community engagement.
Paige holds a BA in law and society with a minor in computer and information technology from Purdue University.
