Suzanne serves as the director for intake and support and the deputy Title IX coordinator for ECRT. In this role she focuses on community consultations, identifying and connecting individuals to resources, making appropriate referrals, and promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment. She also provides oversight and guidance to equity specialists and ECRT’s data management team.
Previously, Suzanne was program manager of the human trafficking program with the International Rescue Committee in Miami and served as deputy director of a shelter for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, where among other things, she conducted intakes, coordinated wrap-around services and triaged complex cases under uniquely challenging circumstances. Suzanne also worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney for four years, in Oakland County, Michigan, in the district court division and special victims’ unit. Suzanne earned a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School, a Master of Arts in International Administration from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Peace & Conflict Studies from Wayne State University.
