Tanesia serves as the Director for Civil Rights for ECRT, where she provides oversight and guidance to ECRT investigators conducting investigations into allegations of discrimination and discriminatory harassment. Tanesia is also responsible for the implementation of the university’s Affirmative Action Programming and supporting the university’s efforts in complying with AA/EEO and civil rights laws and regulations. In addition, Tanesia’s role focuses on providing consultation, education and identifying resources that help to promote welcoming, supportive and inclusive classroom and workplace environments.
