Restorative Practices Project Manager

Angie Stewart joins the ECRT team as the restorative practices project manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of organization development, culture change, and equity-centered practice. Their work spans higher education, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector, including leading culture and leadership development across a large regional health system and ongoing work through their own OD consulting practice. Angie returns to the university where they were a part of the Organizational Learning team. Angie is completing their MA in organization development and leadership at Fielding Graduate University, where scholarly focus has deepened their grounding in human-centered systems thinking, dialogic practice, and participatory change. Angie brings a longstanding commitment to restorative approaches as a framework for building the kind of relational infrastructure that makes equitable communities possible.
