Consultations

Support & Accommodations
Supportive measures, adjustments for pregnant and parenting students, and disability-related accommodations are available through ECRT.
Reporting
ECRT is the central point for responding to and addressing reports of allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation by members of the U-M community. All employees are required to report information under U-M policies.
Resolution Options
Multiple resolution options are available and participation is voluntary. Learn more about informational conversations, mediation services, adaptable resolutions, investigations and other resolution options.
Digital Accessibility
ECRT is responsible for ensuring the university’s digital presence is accessible to all members of the community, including those with disabilities, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Training & Workshops
ECRT provides education and training ranging from policy awareness, resources and prevention to responding to disclosures of misconduct and how to report.
